ABOUT ME
I’m Janhavi Ajgaonkar, a first-year undergraduate student at FLAME University, Pune, with a keen interest in Marketing. I love the creative and strategic side of branding and consumer behavior, and I’m excited to dive deeper into this field. Dancing has always been my passion—it’s my way of expressing myself and finding joy. On the other hand, my competitive side shines through in sports. I’m a state-level kabaddi player, and the sport has taught me resilience, teamwork, and the thrill of pushing my limits.
As a Libra, I naturally seek balance in everything I do—whether it’s juggling academics, sports, or personal growth. I love exploring new experiences, stepping out of my comfort zone, and constantly learning. Whether it's marketing, dance, or sports, I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and grow. With an open mind and a driven spirit, I’m looking forward to making the most of my journey, both at university and beyond.
Digital Literacy
Through my Digital Literacy course, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the term 'digital literacy'. I have learned that it refers to the ability to use technology efficiently and effectively to achieve various goals. During the course, I was taught several important digital skills such as how to make efficient online searches, the basics of HTML and CSS, understanding digital footprints, data and excel basics, online privacy and security, and staying informed about emerging technologies.
One of the key takeaways from the course was the importance of digital literacy in today's world. As we continue to rely more and more on technology in our personal and professional lives, it has become crucial to possess digital literacy skills to navigate and evaluate the vast amount of information available online, communicate effectively through digital channels, and protect personal information and online identity.
Furthermore, the course taught me how being digitally literate can help me in using different digital tools and platforms to solve problems, collaborating with others, and creating engaging content. I learned about the significance of maintaining a positive digital footprint and the implications of online privacy and security in the digital age.
Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to learn about digital literacy through this course. The skills and knowledge I have gained will be invaluable in my future endeavors, both personally and professionally. I now feel more confident in my ability to navigate the digital world and use technology effectively to achieve my goals
